“In the winter of 2013 my now wife, Sara, and I had just gotten engaged and were starting the process of determining our future living situation. We decided to sell Sara's house in Broad Ripple and look for a new home in Hamilton County. We were referred to Ben and were told that he was a great agent to work with and had knowledge of both the market we were selling in and the market we were looking to move to. Ben took the time to explain his strategy for selling the house knowing that we needed it sold before moving on to our next home. He made some simple suggestions on how to prepare the house for showings, priced the house correctly, and handled all of the photography to advertise the house online.
